SSH appointed lead consultant on beachfront development in Ras Al Khaimah

RAK Properties PJSC has appointed SSH as lead consultant for a new beachfront development on Hayat Island in Mina Al Arab, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

Cape Hayat comprises four residential towers, two being nine storeys in height and two 20 storeys, sharing a podium.

With a total built-up area of around 100,000 sq m, Cape Hayat will have 668 upper mid-market apartments and eight luxury penthouses.

SSH said its scope of work covers all architectural, interior design, and engineering disciplines.
