Skanska has signed two contracts with existing clients in the US, one in Florida worth $109m and another in Arizona at $67m.
In Lakeland, west Florida, Skanska will build a hospital, consisting of a 54,000-sq-m, seven-storey acute care facility, featuring medical and support services such as imaging, lab and pharmacy.
Construction has already begun and is scheduled for completion in 2026.
Skanska has also signed a $67m contract amendment with an existing client to build a data centre in Arizona.
Work on the single-floor, 23,200 sq m data centre is underway and is due to be completed in October 2024.
