Skanska has won a data centre project in Virginia, a supplemental waterfront facility in the eastern US and a road in Los Angeles.
In Virginia, Skanska has landed a $242m contract to build a 23,000 sq m data centre and undertake associated site work and underground utilities.
Work includes a fit out of an administration space and three data halls. Construction has already begun and is due to be completed in December 2025.
Skanska also won a $120m job in the eastern US for pre-construction work and early commitments to a waterfront facility. Construction is due to be completed in 2026.
The company was also awarded an $85m contract with the Port of Los Angeles, to reconfigure an interchange.
The scope of work includes the replacement, construction and realignment of several on and off ramps, the realignment of a main road to accommodate a new on-off ramp system.
Construction is to begin this month and is expected to be completed in December 2026.
