Skanska has won a $40m contract from the Massachusetts Port Authority to renovate the 250,000-sq-ft Terminal B Garage at Boston Logan International Airport.

The aim is to improve the flow of traffic, drainage, and lighting.

The garage will keep operating during the work.

Level 1 of the garage will have dedicated travel lanes and pickup zones. Taxi and shuttle stands will be moved to the curbsides.

On Level 2, Skanska will fix roadways and move the limousine pool.

Other work includes structural repairs, lighting upgrades, MEP/FP systems relocation, and improving stormwater drainage.

Work starts this summer, and is expected to finish by the end of 2026.
