Netherlands-based Royal HaskoningDHV has acquired Indonesian mechanical and electrical engineer PT Dwira Bangun Indonesia (DBI) to support its growth plans there.
The acquisition increases Royal Haskoning’s staff in Indonesia from 23 to 370.
The two companies have worked together on projects since 1986.

Resident Director of Royal HaskoningDHV, Wybe de Jager, said: "With this move we bring in critical knowledge in the field of building related mechanical and electrical works as well as process related utilities to serve our growing client base, especially in the field of pharmaceutical and food and beverage projects."
