Dubai-based global developer Emaar has signed a memorandum of understanding with Beijing New Aeropolis Holdings (BNA) to jointly develop a business and tourism complex close to Beijing Daxing International Airport, which is due to become the largest airport in the world.
Located in the "aero-economic area" of the airport, the project will contain retail, entertainment, office, hospitality, sports and art space.
It is unclear when the project will be completed.
