A Hong Kong company has celebrated the completion of its first residential complex in Abu Dhabi.
The Reem Diamond, an exclusive residential project located on Abu Dhabi’s Al Reem island, was financed and developed by Smartwill Asia, a subsidiary of Hong Kong-based Chun Wo Development Holdings.
Anthony Poon, director of property development at Chun Wo Development Holdings, said at the ceremony: "The Reem Diamond is our crowning glory in our quest to bring our unique brand of construction and property development to Abu Dhabi."
Featuring 10-storey residential floors with tailor-made floor plans to accommodate individual tastes, the Reem Diamond has been designed as a "human-scaled" living habitat.
Chun Wo Development Holdings is one of Hong Kong’s top construction conglomerates and operates in five countries.
