Hochtief and timber engineer Rubner Holzbau have won a €190m project to build an all-timber technology park and student centre at Bavaria’s Rosenheim Technical University.
Hochtief’s share of the work amounts to around €140m.
The Rosenheim State Building Authority commissioned the joint venture.
The new buildings are designed for around 1,800 students.
The aim is to achieve the “Gold Standard” in the Sustainable Building Rating System.
