Dubai developer Limitless says it has completed 35% of phase one construction of a massive residential project near Moscow.
The joint venture project, called Zagorodny Kvartal, covering 14 hectares, is due for completion in 2015.
Phase one includes 14 residential towers containing 728 apartments, 46 townhouses, retail facilities and an 8,000 square metre park.
Four apartment buildings and 26 townhouses are on track for completion this year, Limitless says.
Limitless will also begin work on another overseas project – Halong Star in Halong Bay, Vietnam – following the signing last month of a Memorandum of Understanding between Limitless and the Vietnamese government for the implementation of the mixed-use development.
