A local Turkish court has suspended a ruling allowing the construction of a tourist facility on Çıralı Beach.
Villagers and activists took the case to an administration court to stop the construction of a recreational area for tourists on a protected woodland, which is also used by the endangered loggerhead turtles to lay eggs.
