British contractor Balfour Beatty has won deals worth $70m in central and southern Florida.
The work is in the corporate office, adaptive reuse, aviation, hospitality, public, civic, mixed-use and retail sectors.
The company last year worked on 13 projects across the region, including a 40,000 sq ft brewery in Minneola and the redevelopment of a business centre in Winter Park, both of which are due to open in spring 2026.
Henry Thacker, Balfour Beatty’s regional director of special projects, said the wins reflected the company’s “exceptional partnerships with new and repeat clients, powered by our dedicated team of fast-track delivery specialists”.
