A fire at a Banyan Tree hotel construction site in the South Korean city of Busan today killed six people and injured 25 more, The Straits Times reports.

Around 100 construction workers were evacuated, and 14 people were rescued by helicopter from the building’s roof, where they had taken refuge, according to Reuters.

Authorities are investigating whether insulation material stored near a swimming pool on the building’s first floor contributed to the blaze.

The fire started around 11am local time in Busan’s Gijang-gun district, where the three-tower resort is being built.
